ATTIC CONVERSION

What the Owner Had

• A 1.5 story home with plenty of extra attic space and three false dormers

What the Owner Wanted

• Utilize large open attic space to create more living area and additional bedrooms

The End Result

• 2 extra bedrooms and a hobby room were added to the existing gameroom in the attic using the dormers for an even more open look while keeping the exterior look of the home the same

 

 

 

 

• We also replaced an existing window in the upstairs gameroom with French doors and small second story porch
