• More space for children and grandchildren to come visit and stay

The End Result

• Converted existing garage to two bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom above a large familty room, then added a 3 car garage

• Bathroom included unique wall mount sinks and oval shaped mirrors

What the Owner Had

• A nice modern brick subdivision house

What the Owner Wanted

• A large room for entertaining guests & family

The End Result

• The existing garage was converted to an entertainment room with a wet bar

• A new garage was added to the right of the converted garage
